Announcing the Launch of Our Bi-Monthly Newsletter

 
 
 

With our inaugural issue nearly ready, we are delighted to announce the launch of our new email newsletter. We will be sending out our first issue at the beginning of November and we will be regularly creating original content once in two months.

With every newsletter, we hope to keep our readers informed about what we are researching, designing, building and thinking. This also includes what we have been doing to engage and increase the participation and leadership of Dalit Bahujan and Adivasi women and children in creating a better future for our communities. 
This is the first time we are designing and developing an email marketing campaign for Project Mukti and we are fascinated to find better ways to connect to our readers through this medium.

Early this year, we conceived the idea of launching our newsletter to talk about what’s happening within the Project Mukti community and to bring more authentic voices from our communities directly to the readers. During the last few months, the whole team dedicated their time in putting together valuable email content that our readers would appreciate. As people who regularly receive large amounts of email, we never just wanted to contribute to the noise.

Our goal with this newsletter is to create something that is authentic, informative and beneficial to our readers. We chose a bi-monthly schedule to ensure that our correspondence is never overwhelming and that the content delivered is relevant.
 We have named our newsletter as “Blue Blooms” where blue represents the Ambedkarite path and blooms reflects the excellence of our communities.

Creating the newsletter was a great opportunity to experiment and we are excited to use Mailchimp’s wonderful tools and features for creating the email newsletter. We would also like to hear about how our readers are engaging with our content as we go along. Thus, we welcome any feedback and seek to continually improve with each issue.
