ZINDAGI FELLOWSHIP 2022
Our first batch of Zindagi Fellowship ran for a period of 4 months starting from October 18, 2021 to February 28, 2022 (excluding the winter holidays). We had a cohort of 8 Fellows who were selected from among 40 applications received across the country. We had the opportunity to share our learnings and learn from the 8 strong Dalit-Bahujan women who are aspiring entrepreneurs, job seekers and freshly out of college looking for opportunities in higher education.
Our first batch focused mainly on participants who could read, write and speak Hindi. We had a great team of facilitators who have been trained and has deep knowledge in research and content development. Our curricula included English and Digital Literacy, Personal Development, Career and Business Readiness.
