Basic Entrepreneurship Training Faculty

Job Description

  • Teaching & Curriculum Support

    ● Facilitate sessions on basic and applied business concepts for fellows, using interactive and accessible teaching methods.

    ● Assist in developing and refining the business curriculum in collaboration with the Zindagi Fellowship team.

    ● Ensure that sessions are contextualized to the fellows' lived experiences and social realities.

    ● Create session plans and PPTs in collaboration with the Blue Blooms Education team

    Fellowship Support

    ● Participate in the selection process of new fellows, including reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and finalizing fellows.

    ● Observe classes of other faculty and fellow interactions to provide constructive feedback and ensure program quality.

    ● Take detailed notes during fellow sessions and maintain accurate records for evaluation.

    Monitoring & Reporting

    ● Generate monthly and end-of-term reports summarizing progress, fellow engagement, challenges, and recommendations.

    ● Support the team in data collection and analysis related to session impact, attendance, and learning outcomes.

    ● Share observations and insights from sessions and field visits in internal review meetings.

    Administrative & Coordination

    ● Attend weekly planning and review meetings with the Zindagi fellowship team.

    ● Collaborate with other faculty and staff to plan timetables, field visits, and assessments.

    ● Maintain timely documentation of all activities, including session plans, feedback, and materials used.

  • ● Strong foundational knowledge in business, entrepreneurship, or social enterprise.

    ● Prior experience in teaching, training, or facilitating sessions for youth or marginalized communities is preferred.

    ● Excellent note-taking, observation, and reporting skills.

    ● Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

    ● Comfort with documentation tools like Google Docs, Sheets, and online collaboration platforms.

    ● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, grassroots-driven environment.

    ● Freshers with a passion and zeal to teach using innovative tech and modern tools.
